Account: If account functions are available, the credentials are personal and confidentiality must be guaranteed.

Reviews/Comments: They must be truthful and relevant; offensive language, spam, or advertising are prohibited. The Owner may moderate or remove inappropriate content. You grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use the uploaded content solely for the purposes of publication, marketing the Site, and improving the service.

13) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by Italian law. For consumer users, the court of their place of residence or domicile has exclusive jurisdiction. For professional/B2B users, the Court of Naples has exclusive jurisdiction.
